UNIBO hosted Dr. Francesco Accatino (INRAE, UMR SADAPT), WP1 Task Leader, who, together with Prof. Angela Costa, coordinated a focus group dedicated to defining the questionnaire for the survey on Mediterranean consumers and their perception of sustainability within the dairy supply chain. This meeting marks the beginning of a collaborative and iterative research process that will lead to the validation of the questionnaire and the subsequent launch of the large‑scale survey.
